Member Accounts on MyCourts

Dear Member,

This message is for those of you with historic; now frozen, accounts on MyCourts. Some of you are in credit and others are in debit. We propose to clear up this anomaly refunding members in credit and asking members in debit to clear their balances. This will be done by creating “tabs” on the till for all members affected.

During the week commencing 3rd February, the MyCourts balances will be set to zero so if you want to check your account on MyCourts, please do so in the next few days.

Members in credit can ask for court fees and cafe purchases to be set against their tab until it is exhausted. We would ask members in debit to settle their tab when they next visit the club.
