This is a polite reminder to members who have not paid their subscription for 2019.
If membership isn't renewed by 31st January you will be made inactive on MyCourts and will not be able to use the club facilities as a member.
Junior members renewing are expected to renew for the whole year (and not part way through on a pro rata basis).
To comply with data protection regulations, please would you answer the question on the membership renewal form about sharing of contact details.
We are also keen to identify those members who may wish to represent the club in one of the teams and would be grateful if you could answer that question as well.
You will find attached a membership renewal form which must be completed and returned to reception (or enclose it with your cheque if paying by post).
We look forward to seeing you at the club during 2019.
Members are reminded that the Club Rules are available on the website.
