We are delighted to be able to tell you that last night we won the Devon Tennis award for Tennis Opened Up and Liam Murch won the prestigious award of Performance coach of the year. Showing that as a centre we are offering the very best performance coaching and being inclusive to the whole community.
Quote from our nomination for Tennis Opened Up Award:
South Devon TC have transformed their venue into an inclusive centre for the whole community to enjoy. They design and implement ways to attract a broad and diverse range of players. The centre now has a vibrant and welcoming feel through improved design and layout of social spaces. There is greater cohesion across the team where everyone provides a smile through a shared vision.

Liam has been an excellent County Coach and Captained the 10U boys to an incredible regional win and through to the finals.
During sessions he always brings out the best in players, working on the physical and mental side of tennis, and nurturing them as a player.
I am so proud of our team here, and delighted to be working with such a wonderful bunch of people. In the two years that I have been Manager of the club, the team have really pulled together to deliver a fantastic experience for all customers. Thank you team for your hard work. I am optimistic for a bright future for South Devon Tennis Centre and all of its members.
