Centre reopening from Monday 23rd March

Dear Members,

We would like to inform you that we will be open from Monday 23 March 2020, for all of our Customers after a thorough deep clean, and let you know the extra measures that we have put in place during this difficult time.

Being active remains an important part of staying healthy and a regular exercise routine can help to boost immune systems. Our commitment to ensuring our staff, customers and children are safe during this pandemic is our top priority and we have put the following measures in place to ensure we support the current Government Guidelines for hygiene and social distancing.

• Where possible, play to be outdoors in the fresh air.
• All groups will be encouraged to have 2m gaps between players. No handshakes/personal exchanges after the game.
• Please come in just a few minutes before play and pay before going onto court, this is to minimise people standing in groups.
• Please leave the Club immediately after play,
• We have increased disinfection of high touch areas such as door handles, push plates, counters, bar area, handrails, tables, lockers and toileting areas.
• We are ensuring that soap dispensers remain full in all toileting/changing room areas.
• We are asking Customers/Members to go cashless (contactless) wherever possible. This is to minimise the spread of infection through cash transactions.
• Club sessions will be cancelled, but all courts will available to book.
• The Junior Coaching Programme 4pm to 7pm will be taking place outside and also on Saturday morning.
• Our opening/closing hours may change over the coming days and weeks, so please keep up to date via website, facebook, Instagram or MyCourts.
We politely ask that you have patience and bear with us as we keep pace with the Government Guidelines which are constantly being updated.
We also ask that you assist us by taking the following precautions:
• Do not come into the Centre if you feel unwell or live with someone who is unwell.
• Wash your hands when you arrive. Keep your hands clean, wash them regularly with hot soapy water for at least 20 seconds.
• Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean.
• Carry tissues with you and use them to catch coughs, sniffles and sneezes. Bin the tissues carefully in the bins provided and wash your hands with hot soapy water, or if you have any, hand sanitiser.

If you think you may have come into contact with the virus, please follow the government guidelines and self-isolate in the first instance. Go to www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/

The situation is changing rapidly so our operating arrangement may be subject to change at short notice.

We thank you for your co-operation and together we can stay safe.
