Dear Members
For those of you who have an existing membership that does not expires until later in 2025, you can still book onto group coaching and get your discount. But is it now done in a slightly different way.
When you go into ClubSpark, choose the course you would like to attend and go through to payment. The course will show you the full, non-member rate.
There is no longer the option to select member or non-member. Instead when you get to the point of payment, enter the following code in the box marked, “Add discount promo code”

This will automatically reduce the price to your member price. Only use this code if your membership has not already expired. If you are not sure please ask as reception.
For anyone whose membership expired on 1st January, and you have not yet renewed: You will be issued a new code when you select the membership package that you want to purchase.
All codes are different depending on which membership you select and we can see who has applied them in the back end of the system. So please only use the code you are issued with.
